- Manage/ Improve import and export activities. - Be window contacts for solving customs issues. - Standardize import-export workflows, do training and supervise the staffs’ compliance. - Evaluate and expand the services’ suppliers. - Support Purchasing team for making the contracts, negotiating the price and solve the problems relating to internal payments. - Be in charge of making sales plan to companies belonging to CeDo group.

- Manage Purchase Order (PO) issuance in ERP system, adjust parts supply based on the production demand. - Manage ECO cut-in, coordinate with the related sides for smooth development. - Control the inventory, and do countermeasures for reducing the inventory value. - Leading the stock-taking activities and manage the parts’ budget.

- Reliably develop AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) Promotion Activities including set the standard criterion, improve internal control system; Make periodically trial Audit, evaluate and suppose the countermeasures. - Make and control the Budget/ Expense Outlook - Make and control KPI Goals, introducing improvement activities of increasing 15% productivity and increase business quality. - Make plan and control personnel development including training, assigning task and evaluation. - Cooperate with related sides for responding to authorized agencies such as Customs authority, Tax authority - Take care Customs law’s compliance in the whole company

- Manage all import-export operation to ensure QCD target with 20 staffs. - Make and control the Budget/ Expense Outlook; supposing countermeasure for logistics fee improvement such as yearly bidding activity; expand Milkrun method; change trade term for all the local suppliers, cutting about 360 000 USD/year. - Cooperate with related departments to develop improvement activities of logistics expense via taking advantage of AEO preferential (around 2.9million USD/year). - Manage Risk Assessment Activities in Import and Export Operation, introducing the countermeasures and control the results.

- Build up training documents, be in charge of evaluating staffs ‘competency as well as making the plan to level up their ability. - Manage some improvement activities of logistics cost such as bidding, milk-run management; follow the efficiency and report to Manager. - Make the schedule for taking Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) acquisition, and leading action items and cooperate with related sections, departments in the company for completing the goal, completed to get AEO certificate in 2017
