Responsible to manage end-to-end of business and operation of Pertamina Refineries including but not limited to direct top level management to ensure safe and effective operation, develop top management team, create future development for not only business but also human asset

Report to Director of Refinery (Direktur Pengolahan) and responsible to maintain refining operation for all Six Pertamina Refineries. Conduct top management meeting with all General Managers from every Refining Units and lead the team to reach effective, efficient and safe operation as Pertamina Refineries are critical and vital for Indonesia energy resiliency.

Report to Director of Refinery (Direktur Pengolahan), responsible to create business planning & development for future of Pertamina Refineries. Conduct project for refinery development while also track existing refinery performance to ensure it meets excellence operation

Report to Senior Vice President of Refining Operation, responsible to conduct technical evaluation for existing Refinery Unit and lead the team of many specialist to troubleshoot any problem faced by all Refinery Unit

Report to Senior Vice President of Refining Operation, responsible for end-to-end operation at Refinery Unit Balongan to meet desired product quantity and quality by ensuring effective, efficient and safety of the operation.
