1. Automation Product Development - Design and develop automation systems for the production. - Ensure integration between mechanical, electrical, and control systems in heavy equipment(PLC, HMI, sensors, actuators). - Develop and configure automated control systems in heavy equipmentusing PLC/HMI software or computer(Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Autonics,Beckoff,IDEC, Raspberry and NVIDIA Jetson, STM32). - Conduct testing, calibration, and performance verification of automation systems prior to mass production deployment heavy equipment. 2. Technical Support & After-Sales Service - Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams regarding automation systems in heavy equipment. - Develop troubleshooting guides, preventive maintenance plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Handle customer complaints and performance issues related to automation systems integrated into vehicles or production equipment. - Deliver technical training for field technicians and operators on automation system operation and maintenance. 3. Project Management & Coordination - Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure automation system integration meets product specifications. - Conduct requirement analysis and feasibility studies for new automation projects. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination for automation system implementation. 4. Efficiency Improvement & Innovation - Identify potential areas for automation to reduce production costs and improve productivity in heavy equipment. - Propose IoT-based solutions, sensor monitoring, and data analytics for predictive maintenance and quality control in heavy equipment. - Implement digital monitoring systems in units to improve visibility and operational performance of heavy equipment.

1. Design and build devices for the purpose of transmitting machine or PLC reading or control data in IoT systems. 2. Coordinating with process engineering and IT for industrial IoT development and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) implementation. 3. Conducting research and Developing on devices (Arduino,Raspberry,STM32, mini PC, PLC, sensors, I2C,and protocol modbus,profinet & profibus,fiber optik) to create industrial IoT systems. 4. Developing programs using data transmission systems localhost, api website, MQTT, IP,Jason and database systems Mysql,sqlite3,mongodb. 5. Creating PCBs for IoT systems using Eagle PCB, Proteus, and Altium. 6. Performing cable checks and electrical wiring for IoT systems on production machines. 7. Troubleshooting issues in industrial automation systems. 8. Performing preventive maintenance on devices to ensure successful data transmission. 9. Develop automation processes using RPA tools. 10. Create 2D and 3D Drawings of electrical panels. 11.perform a Building Management System on the electrical panel perform an Auto Building Automation System. 12. carry out commissioning of devices after device installation or during the production machine integration process. 13. carry out tests on electronic IoT devices.
