I am an executive leader with over two decades of international experience in the energy and industrial services sector, focused on building structured, disciplined, and sustainable private-sector organizations. As Executive Chairman & Group CEO of Tradinter Group, I lead a diversified Angolan-owned services group operating across Industrial Maintenance, Logistics, Consulting, Drone-based Inspections, Biosafety and emerging technology-enabled services. My focus is on Execution, Governance, Quality and People, ensuring Growth is always supported by Structure and Capability. In parallel, I serve as President of AECIPA – the Angolan Oil & Gas Service Companies Association, where I work to promote constructive dialogue between the State, regulators, operators and service companies, with a strong emphasis on pragmatic Local Content, technical capacity and long-term competitiveness. I believe sustainable results are built through clarity of purpose, disciplined execution, strong teams, and responsible leadership. My approach combines hands-on private-sector experience with institutional engagement, always guided by the principle that lasting impact comes from what is executed, not what is announced.
