AIxU (AI Across Universities) is a student-led initiative dedicated to uniting collegiate AI clubs and organizations worldwide. Our mission is to foster collaboration, share resources, and inspire cross-campus innovation in artificial intelligence. By bridging the gap between academia and industry, we empower the next generation of leaders to learn, create, and launch AI-driven solutions with real-world impact. As a member of the founding team alongside Noah Beedon, working with founders Samantha Lopes and Coleman Sayers, I have focused on creating a connected global ecosystem. My work centers on leading strategic university outreach to scale our network and ensure students can access shared resources, participate in cross-institutional projects, and engage directly with industry leaders and emerging technologies.

During my first year and a half as an active member of the Beta Gamma chapter, I served as the Assistant Director of Formal Recruitment and Assistant Director of Potential Member Outreach. In these roles, I focused on the operational and communicative backbone of our chapter's largest annual initiative. - Operational Scale: Orchestrated logistics for a large-scale recruitment process involving 1,900+ potential new members. - Strategic Outreach: Led Potential New Member communication efforts, managing pre-recruitment inquiries and utilizing targeted engagement strategies to maintain brand consistency.

- Managed comprehensive daily operations of a neighborhood pool facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all patrons. - Supervised a team of lifeguards, conducting regular drills and performance evaluations to maintain high safety standards and emergency preparedness. - Oversaw maintenance and cleanliness of pool facilities, including water chemistry, equipment function, and general grounds upkeep. - Developed and enforced pool rules and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with local health code and industry best practices.
