Originally recruited by the VP of Professional Services solely to increase I.T. consulting revenue. Influenced a substantial project elevation with the #1 high profile account, securing a prime resource resulting in a $2+ million initiative. Oversaw project, maintained relationships and managed resources for the largest professional services contract in the history of the Ottawa office. Engaged in the new position to build a resource of qualified I.T. candidates, re-establishing relationships with previous key contacts, staffing partners, vendors and subcontractors, returning the brand to a heighted position as a reputable resource in the I.T. sector.

I firmly believe in making and maintaining relationships for the long-term. In this case it would pay off as Eagle welcomed me back with open arms. Initially I was hired as a Recruiter to help in the sourcing of niche Technical Resources. After several months, I transitioned to a ‘360 desk’ where I developed my own clients and then recruited on their requirements. In May 2013, my sales demand was outpacing my ability to recruit for my own roles, so I transitioned into an Account Executive role officially and became dedicated to the development of ‘non-Federal Government’ business. During my time at Eagle I led the recruitment of over 15 perm placements and 30 contract placements in a 1-year period, developing a book of business worth $3,000,000+ in annual revenue. A phone call from a very persuasive friend who worked at a company called TeraMach would eventually lead to my unplanned resignation. As my dad is fond of saying, "Life is what happens between the plans.".
