Managing and leading the Upstream Protein Expression Team. Producing recombinant antigens and antibodies in support of research discovery, pre-clinical PK/Tox studies and on-going clinical trials.

Member of the Material & Tech Transfer (MTT) team responsible for upstream Clinical assay development, manufacture of Oncotype DX AR-V7 Nucleus Detection test process controls, reagent and antibody quality control testing, and support of Clinical research and CLIA lab operations.

Member of the project team assigned to complete the assay feasibility for a PCR based assay in the field of healthcare associated infections. Assigned to trouble shoot problems and optimize the next generation assay for use on the automated real-time Panther system.

Member of the Product Development Team working to characterize and optimize Epic Science’s platform for CTC identification. Including the test method development of pre-analytical, analytical, and functional modalities of the CLIA AR-V7 Assay. Established and managed the cell culture group. Responsible for organizing and prioritizing all cell culture functions to meet project timelines.

Managed and lead the Upstream Protein Production Team. Organized and structured production runs to prioritize and meet project time lines. Lead the Antibody Generation Team for the creation of hybridoma cell lines producing fully human monoclonal antibodies against therapeutic targets using KM mouse technology.

BD Biosciences Pharmingen Generated murine monoclonal antibodies in the Cell Culture Manufacturing department.

Conducted preclinical research studies using in vivo models, in the department of Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism. GLP certified for non-clinical studies.
