Operations Management - Footwear Manufacturing

I have been working with NB for more than six years and have contributed greatly to the role as one of the pioneers of NB's LEAN. The program has driven the factories in South Vietnam to consistently achieve positive Lean KPIs versus their targets. I have taken the leading role in some Lean initiatives, like: LEAN Best Practice Sharing Forum, LEAN Assessment Manual, and LEAN Real Time Dashboard and practical Continuous Improvement activities on production shopfloor. Built on the significant improvement seen in the Lean KPIs from the South, with his new role, I will now encompass all factories in Vietnam, adding experience to the team in the North, and driving benchmarking for continuous improvement across the entire Vietnam factory base. Thanks for all the works I have done with NB's partners and I am looking forward to having more Continuous Improvement activities in NB.
