Responsible for the supply of goods, services and equipment required to support construction projects for the Atlantic Canada Region.

Optimizing End-to-End Supply Chain Management functions for all required commodities / Sub-Assemblies / Box Build Finished Goods and Outside Configured to order products required to support multi technologies and product lines. Responsible for internal, remote, and supplier inventories. Maintaining business units KPI's. Supported the following teams during this role: Engineering NPI, Project Managers, Product Managers, Finance, and Operations.

Commodity management for a diverse portfolio of commodities and assemblies • Short Listed: Metal, Machined, Stamped, Cast parts, Plastics, Wire Assemblies, Electrical/Electronic Components, Hardware, Circuit Cards, Packaging, Pumps, Motors, Fans

Customer account management for manufacturing needs. Managed a major account that generated a large portion of the business unit's revenue stream Activities included production management, purchasing. and quotation.

As team leader of demand management my roles was to improve and maintain on time delivery commitments to our external customers for the instrumentation division. Using mix model scheduling techniques, capacity planning and bill of material management to control the throughput.

Supplier management for outsourced activities where value added activities where needed for high volume goods. This included sourcing on boarding and controlling the flow of goods and information to meet the business needs.

Support services for supply chain activities.

Responsible for the management of Food and Beverage related goods needed to support the sales cycles for regular skier count days, / X-mas holidays / School breaks and Lake Louse World Cup Ski race. Activities included demand and warehouse management, inbound logistic of goods and distribution to the various mountain locations.
