Serving as the Inbound Manager at Zongteng Group's overseas warehouse located on the Poland-Germany border. I was fully responsible for all inbound operations within a 20,000 m² facility. I led a core team of approximately 30 members, scaling operations during peak periods to handle up to 9 container unloads per day. Under my leadership, inbound accuracy was tightly controlled, with discrepancies resolved the same day. I maintained high responsiveness through the WMS system, ensuring timely processing of work orders and achieving zero customer complaints. My contributions played a key role in supporting a daily outbound volume of over 3,000 orders. I was also proud to earn the strong trust and support of the warehouse staff through efficient team coordination and hands-on leadership.
