* As Chief Operations Officer, performed operations management of five seafood-processing facilities located throughout the State of Alaska employing over 150 full time employees and 400 seasonal employees. * Charged with starting and managing Copper River Construction a subsidiary of Copper River Seafoods. * Reviewed financial statements, activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. * Responsible for seasonal recruiting and staffing all facilities. * Set goals and implemented strategic operational plans. * Review and approve all capital projects and personnel training plans. * Developed and deployed Human Resources and Operational Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Company Templates. * Cost controls implemented for Logistics, Engineering, Inventory, Quality Control, Production and Mobs/Ops Departments.
