* Handle incoming support calls and emails to support * Provide predefined solutions to known problems * Handle license requests, user account requests and other 1st line requests * Maintain and improve the support knowledge base * Review internal support requests (completeness check) * Monitor the status of systems hosted by Quintiq and flag problems * Consult customers and partners on integration solutions * Work as a technical representative from Quintiq to recommend to customers the implementation and deployment architecture of Quintiq solutions, including proposals of hardware specifications * Participate in every stage of the Quintiq implementation * Collaborate with R&D to diagnose, troubleshoot and document technical issues such as integration and performance matters * Collaborate with customers to manage Quintiq environments * Develop best practices and procedures to streamline software deployments * Make recommendations for optimizing Quintiq software performance

*  First level of support for Siemens US Energy, Siemens Canada, Siemens IT Solutions Canada, Siemens Financial Services, Siemens Shared Services, Siemens Corporate Research *  Provide consulting services on all Technical Support issues *  Recommend and implement complete Technical Support solutions *  Manage Active Directory Accounts for Siemens US GAIN *  Escalate incidents or service request to the proper resolver groups for Siemens Operating Companies if needed
