I have been working in the architectural and related fields for roughly 25 years, performing duties of marketing, drafting, managing, and constructing projects, in a multitude of different states for several different architectural firms, COOPs, and design companies that I have worked for. And that gives me a unique perspective, knowledge, and possible advantage, that has been very valuable in generating the documents and products required to construct a project, whether it be a new ground up construction project, a tenant infill, kitchen repurposing, or a simple interior design remodel, with project construction budgets from $20K all the way to $340 million. I am now using these skills gained to propose, design, price and build a series of unique projects that vary from luxury apartments, to one off restaurants, quick serve, fast casual, quick stop, and full restaurant rollouts, along with some grocery stores around the mid-west region. I have also updated many previous employer's drafting systems for store design from AutoCAD to Revit, creating and designing the model library to be more user friendly by creating a series of fully parametric models, that when done will allow for faster production of store design, better presentations to the store owners and operators of the proposed modifications to their stores, and instant coordination of between the equipment providers and design professionals.
