I’m the Chief Operating Officer at TruLabs, and I’m honored to be part of a team grounded in intention, faith, and discipline. As the company navigates a period of accelerated growth, my focus is on operational execution, organizational alignment, and ensuring the vision of the business translates into consistent, day-to-day performance. Prior to TruLabs, I founded and led TrueTrace Biometrics (formerly 406 Bovine, Inc.), where I worked across product development, operations, capital formation, and team leadership while guiding the company through growth and a successful transition of leadership. Earlier in my career, I managed large-scale cattle operations at Sunlight Ranch Company. That experience shaped how I approach leadership and execution, emphasizing day-to-day execution in real operating environments and decisions that carry real consequences. Across roles, my work has centered on bringing clarity to complexity, building structure where it’s needed, and supporting teams through periods of growth and change. I value hard work, honesty, and long-term thinking, and I take seriously the responsibility that comes with leading and serving others well.
