PLANNING • Prepares monthly material forecast based of production needs. • Creates yearly forecast within allowed budget and issues purchase order on time considering lead time. • Conducts monthly checking of actual usage vs forecasted materials. • Creates cost down activities to lessen the expenses. • Conducts daily checking of material usage to avoid excess costs. • Creates & revises systems & procedures by analyzing record-keeping systems, forms of control & budgetary, personal requirements & operating practices. • Schedules delivery and production usage of materials for optimal production. • Visits and evaluate suppliers for quality, timeliness, procedures, and fitness to goals. • Monitors & tracks material flow to identify bottlenecks & characterize usage. PROCUREMENT • Monitors and review purchase requests issued by the end user. • Reviews the specifications of the material requested and outsource suppliers if necessary. • Send enquiries, requests quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions with the suppliers. • Analyses the offers received and select the suppliers with the best offer in terms of quality, lead time, payment terms, price and certification whenever applicable. • Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns • Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings. WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT • Manages warehouse in compliance with company’s policies & vision • Oversees receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations • Setups layout and ensure efficient space utilization • Initiates, coordinates and enforces optimal operational policies and procedures • Adheres to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements • Maintains standards of health and safety, hygiene and security • Manages stock control and reconcile with data storage system • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report.

Executes catch-up plan if there are any delay in production output. 4. Validates and executes training plan. 5. Expects to back-up operations by directly handling the machine. II. Organizing 1. Establishes and maintains good relationships among colleagues. 2. Delegate’s authority and responsibilities. 3. Establishes right organizational structure by placing the right people to the right job. 4. Keeps company’s/department’s culture as discipline and having good character. 5. Request materials and supplies. 6. Issues/prepares Non Conformance Reports. III. Leading 1. Gives specific instructions to employees/operators. 2. Executes information directly to employees/operators. 3. Builds team spirit and motivation to all employees/operators. 4. Ensures employees/operators are highly motivated. 5. Understand effective communications as vital key in maintaining a productive working environment. 6. Gives training to respective subordinates. 7. Ensures that all mission of any support from the management that will visit the company/department will be met. 8. Does counselling to employees/operators. 9. Coordinates with other departments. 10. Influences employees/operators to cooperate if there are improvements. IV. Controlling 1. Identifies any potential and developing problems and does necessary corrective or preventive actions. 2. Introduces cost down activities/projects. 3. Controls and studies manpower productivity, machine efficiency and checks for any abnormal condition. 4. Ensures that there are sufficient materials and supplies available for the production. 5. Monitors performance indices of assigned process.

• Conducts risk assessment of all the process in the assembly lines. • Monitors actual assembly and inspection of main assembly. • Ensure only quality products are delivered to the customers. • Projects a mindset for high-quality production among assembly operators. • Monitors and challenges the lines to achieve the production indices (Safety/quality & Productivity) • Utilizes the 3-Realities Principle and 5-Why analysis in problem solving. • Immediately highlights any abnormalities to superiors. • Adapts the PDCA cycle for the improvement of activities and recommends actions for the standardization. • Coordinates with other groups for the implementation and improvement of activities. • Ensure proper and complete dissemination of information from management to operators or vice versa. • Generates report analysis for the results of indices. • Monitors the application of systems in the main assembly lines.
