Responsible for entering new prescriptions both point of entry and hand written, filling orders and handing the completed orders out to the patients. I am also trained to order medications to replenish stock as well as put the stock away when received. I have full PYXIS and GSL training. Also have the responsibility of doing a monthly clinic and crash cart inspection.

Responsible for making sure all prescription orders are fulfilled and making UPS truck by a set deadline every night. Responsible for moving the workforce to a position where the work is most abundant. Responsible for the scheduling of the Technicians. Prior to being elevated to the Lead Technician position I was responsible for the Hemophilia department (filling, packing, ordering etc) . I also oversaw deliveries of new medications and ensured they were received into the system and scanned into the correct locations.

Assisted Pharmacist to prepare and dispense medication, received and stored incoming supplies, counted stock and entered data in computer to maintain inventory records, mixed pharmaceutical preparations, filled bottles with prescribed tablets and capsules, entered new and refill prescriptions.

Member of the Central Order Entry Team responsible for entering new E-Orders, refills and onboarding of new patients and updating patient's allergies and other PHI data for many facilities within the Remedi organization. I also assist my supervisor with moving other employees to queues with the most work, sending current queue numbers to Senior Management and other similar tasks.
