Bruno Piña

I Currently have 8+ years working in the automotive industry in which I have learned and gathered different skills and knowledge due to the different roles I´ve had. I started as trainee in the quality department of IMI and my next job was Supplier quality engineer at DURA, this is when I officially started my career after graduating and I learned a lot about the quality standard and the importance of PPAP´s and quality systems. I´m Currently working at Autoliv since 2017, I started as a launch quality engineer then changed to launch process engineer and currently I am a Project Manager for the Ford BU, in which I have been able to take advantages of my quality and process knowledge, but I have learned so much more and I have been able to succeed as a Project manager by exploiting my great negotiation, communication skills and my very fluent English. As a PM I have gained different experiences by reporting to top level management and constant negotiation with FORD customer ensuring financial success and meeting all customer requirements.
