Bruno Santos

I have 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. I developed my career at Johnson Controls/Adient, a multinational company responsible for 33% of the global automotive seat market. My focus is on extracting the best from people so that they can reach their goals and together we reach the common goal. I led the Process Engineering department in more than 25 projects using Lean Manufacturing concepts and methodology with a focus on operational efficiency. In production, I participated in the strategy to hire 40+ employees during the acceleration curve of the T-Cross project, seeking to optimize the costs involved with the launch. I coordinated the launch of the Audi A3 Sedan, Volkswagen Golf and T-Cross projects. I spent 1 year in Rosario, Argentina coordinating the GM Cruze project and the project to transfer the assembly line of Honda seats from the Honda Plant in Campana to the Plant in Rosario. In 2023 I was the first employee in South America to receive the "Show me The Money" award for outstanding contribution to continuous improvement projects. I am currently responsible for the Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance and Launching departments at the Adient plant in Curitiba.
