New Projects and Process (Product: KSZ – Fuel Rails) - Responsible for technical manufacturing issues and KPI’s achievement (cost, quality, delivery); - Launch new manufacturing lines and new products (from quotation until serial production); - Manufacturing project leader of new platform project; - Technical capacity analysis and investment plan management (machines and tooling); - Responsible to implement new layout at manufacturing chain according to lean concepts using FOL (Flow Oriented Layout) methodology; - Responsible to develop and manage ratio projects (cost reduction); - Member of worldwide manufacturing coordination meeting team, discussing about: technical capacity, quality issues, overall benchmarking, investments, level of utilization.

- Responsible to introduce lean concepts, global strategies and trends between different manufacturing areas and managements tools like KPI Tree analysis and policy deployment; - Responsible for Lean methodology in prodution processes implementation, helping Value Stream Managers to achieve their goals in a systematic way in each Business Unit - Implementation of Kanban methodologies, pull system, levelling, TPM, 5S, Six Sigma, DFMA;

- Create and update process documentations: control plan, work instructions, scripts, P-FMEA. - Use of Lean Manufacturing tools to make the process more streamlined as possible and avoid wastes: TPM, 5S, Pulled Production System, Kanban, Just in Time. - Responsible for optimizing the performance of equipment and operations ensuring the desired productivity, reducing and avoid quality failures and costs, using problem solving systematics.

- Support at process planning Eng. team of Electronic Fuel Pump (EKP) and Pressure Regulator (DR) with several activities: CIP activities, new machines and devices, layout changes, BPS evolution, TPM introduction, contact to suppliers, analyse and emit purchases and service orders;

- Operate packing machines; - Guarantee parameters and quality of products; - Assembly new layouts according to production;.
