I have experience in the complete loop from part design, moulds and machines or lines design and implementation, production management, for plastic injection activity. I was in charge of moulds construction follow up in France and abroad for 20 years. I am very focussed on lean manufacturing, standardisation and continuous improvement with very creative feeling ( such an inventor ). I was involved as well in abroad subsiduaries launching and companies evaluation for potential joint venture or acquisition. I was Commercial Director in charge of customers follow up and new project launching.I like to meet customers to debate their technical needs and to move limits forward. I am pushing strongly as well to improve general organization, administrative and quality.
