Bruno Fritsch

With over 16 years of experience in the e-commerce, real estate and stock exchange sectors I am a passionate entrepreneur and investor who strives to create value and impact through innovative and sustainable solutions. My core competencies include finance, capital markets, asset management, and online marketing. As the founder of LIVEA SANITAIRE, one of the major players in the online sanitary products market in France and Guadeloupe, I lead a dynamic and diverse team that shares my vision of providing high-quality and affordable products to our customers across Europe and the French Antilles. At LIVEA SANITAIRE, I oversee the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the company, which has achieved over 60 million euros in revenue in 2023. I am also responsible for the expansion and diversification of our product portfolio, distribution channels, and geographical markets. In 2018, I co-founded Akaaz Antilles that specializes in the online sale of sanitary products in the Caribbean region. In addition, I leverage my expertise in real estate investments and management to co-found and manage Urban Estates sro, a company that acquires, refurbishes, and manages residential and commercial properties in the centre of Prague. Through these ventures, I have developed strong skills in negotiations, partnerships, project management, and customer satisfaction.
