After more than 30 years in the service industry — rising from field technician to general manager — one core belief has always guided me: people are the heart of every organization. Supporting and valuing them is the key to long-term success and retention. Today, at Groupe rm, I’m proud to be part of a mission that makes a real difference — both for businesses and for the skilled international workers who choose to start a new life here. In my role supporting business development, I help connect companies with qualified talent and promote our 360° approach: international recruitment, legal support for work permit renewals, transition to permanent residency, family reunification, French language training, and more. It’s deeply rewarding to contribute to a purpose-driven team — one that creates opportunities and builds bridges across continents.
