How I acted: • I facilitated agile events (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective), promoting continuous improvement and alignment between business and technology. • I structured backlog management and refinement, ensuring Definition of Ready and quality in sprint planning. • I applied flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP) for data-driven decisions and bottleneck reduction. • I standardized agile processes and artifacts in Confluence, strengthening the governance of Agile Delivery. • I worked with servant leadership, coaching and mentoring in the continuous development of the team.

I led agile squads with a focus on predictability, flow and value delivery, acting as Scrum Master and direct support point for Product Owners and leadership team. Main results: • 17% increase in flow (story points) with greater delivery predictability. • 95% achievement of performance OKRs in the squads I led. I acted as Product Owner and Scrum Master in the implementation of the new O9 Solutions platform in the Azure cloud (microservices), with management of internal and third-party teams (Accenture, NTT Data, EVT IT, o9 Solutions - Brazil, Europe, USA and India). I led the IT department and acted as a Project Manager in the implementation of the IFS ERP. Responsible for IT governance, supplier management and outsourcing, budget (CAPEX/OPEX) and infrastructure modernization. Main delivery: Go Live from ERP IFS within the deadline (12 months), covering finance, accounting, logistics, purchasing, billing and HR.

International executive program focused on the development of leadership, innovation and soft skills applied to project management. The training addressed topics such as emotional intelligence, critical thinking, leadership, storytelling and strategic communication. He also explored data-based decision-making practices and project innovation. The course provided an executive immersion in the European context, connecting theory, practice and exchange between professionals. The experience contributed to broadening the vision on management, collaboration, problem solving and people development. Held in Lisbon, through the partnership LAIOB Experience and ISCTE Executive Education.
