About
7 years, 4 pivots, 1 million accounts, and the thoughest decision of my life: shutting down a product users loved, but we couldn't monetize. I co-founded Cumbuca in 2019 (then UmHelp). We went through Y Combinator, scaled a B2C bill-splitting app to 1M+ accounts, and in 2025 pivoted to B2B. Today, Cumbuca is Brazil's first regulatory proxy, we give tech companies direct access to Central Bank APIs (Open Finance, Pix) with full operational control, no middleman (OFaaS) dependency, and no years-long wait for their own license. 3 months in, we became profitable for the first time in 7 years. I lead sales and operations alongside Daniel, my co-founder and CEO. We're bringing global fintechs into the most advanced payment/data rails in the world. 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
