Development of international markets for flexible packaging solutions, with a focus on Meat, Dairy & Pet Food applications. Acting directly with industrial customers, supporting commercial development, technical alignment and export sales across the Mercosur region.

▪ Driving the overall project ▪ Managing the project schedule and reporting project status ▪ Managing resource allocation ▪ Facilitating team communication and negotiation ▪ Detecting deviations at an early stage and to start activities to limit/correct the deviations as soon as possible ▪ Active participation in reviewing requirements and identifying the localization scope ▪ Regular reporting of project status, risks and issues to the Project Steering Committee ▪ Project closing activities ▪ Overall co-ordinate with internal resources and external vendor on overall planning ▪ Prepare training materials, train the trainers (TTT) in SAP/business and supply chain processes, user acceptance test (UAT) and business acceptance tests (BAT) Monthly Executive Committee meetings – prepare presentation & reports, budget control. ▪ Co-ordinate travel/training/testing plan for Supply Chain Projects. ▪ Ensure smooth transition processes. ▪ To run the Supply Chain Implementation Projects on day-to-day basis. ▪ Manage and control the Project to ensure delivery to time, budget and quality. ▪ To ensure internal consistency and coherence with development in the Company. ▪ Solve risk/issues and report status to Executive Committee. ▪ Apply the key activities using the vast knowledge in Supply Chain as a whole.

Development of logistics projects in Southeast Asia. In charge of process harmonizing and training for 12 countries regarding inbound logistics, customs clearance and domestic transportation. Development of new opportunities regarding optimization and efficiency of the logistics process. Import process coordination for: Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Mianmar, Brunei and Vietnam.
