Main Responsibilities: - CFO of 3 legal entities located in China and India which provide engineering and ICT services to all FCA regions with annual Net Revenue of approximately $200 million and ~2,500 headcounts - Responsible for Industrial Finance department in Asia Pacific region which comprises 7 controllerships (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality/Warranty, R&D, Platform/Investments and Business Development) with a team of around 50 people of different nationalities based in China and India - Responsible to develop business case for all new products development (vehicles, powertrain and transmissions) - Responsible to control all APAC capex and Engineering Research and Development spending - Responsible to control manufacturing, purchasing, supply chain and quality/warranty costs of APAC region - Permanent member of APAC Product Committee and APAC Industrial Committee

- Responsible for FP&A area in Latin America with Net Sales of approximately USD 11 billion - Responsible for preparing Budget, Forecast and Long Term Strategic Plan - Responsible for financial results consolidation and global reporting - Responsible for financial results monthly closing results and analysis of the main variations compared to Budget, Forecast and previous periods - Responsible for preparing and managing executive decks used by Latam CEO to be presented for the Global CEO and FCA Group Board of Directors - Responsible for the definition of annual financial KPIs for all departments in order to drive the company towards the Operational Financial Result (EBIT) target set by the Global CEO - Responsible for the “Finance Leadership Development Program” for Latam, a talent development program created by the Global CFO and applied for all regions of FCA Group in the world
