As a Technical Recruiter, I specialized in sourcing and placing technical talent across a variety of industries. I executed targeted searches using Boolean strings, job boards, and AI tools, and worked closely with account managers to understand new client needs. I guided candidates through the interview process, negotiated offers, and ensured smooth onboarding.

As an online educator, I delivered individualized virtual instruction to students with diverse academic and socio-emotional needs. I developed customized learning maps, assessed student progress, and collaborated with in-person educators and specialists to ensure student success. I also managed administrative responsibilities such as onboarding, reporting, and compliance with state education standards.

In a mixed-age elementary classroom, I co-led instruction for students aged 6–12, tailoring curriculum plans to meet each student’s unique learning profile. I worked closely with colleagues and specialists to align on academic goals and tracked student development across both educational and social benchmarks. I also contributed to the school’s hiring efforts by participating in interview panels.

In this role, I taught a full-day kindergarten program with a focus on early literacy, foundational math, and social-emotional learning. I designed engaging lesson plans, managed classroom routines, and worked closely with parents and support staff to ensure students met developmental milestones in a supportive, inclusive environment.

As a research assistant in the Infancy Lab, I supported studies on early cognitive development by preparing study materials, conducting behavioral observations, and coding data. I worked closely with faculty and student researchers to ensure accurate data collection and compliance with research protocols.

In this animal husbandry role, I was responsible for the daily care and maintenance of research animals, including rats and mice. I ensured clean housing, proper feeding, and monitoring of animal health and behavior. I supported faculty and student researchers by maintaining a consistent and ethical environment for ongoing behavioral studies.

While attending St. Lawrence, I supported the university library and IT help desk. I assisted students with research needs, provided Tier 1 technical support, and trained new hires in library systems and procedures. This role combined customer service with hands-on problem solving, helping reduce system downtime and improve the student user experience.
