Director then Chairman of the Board; also Chairman of the Strategy and Audit Committees. Technicolor is a $5B revenue technology company that develops/provides digital technology solutions for the global media and entertainment industry. It is the world's largest creative services company and second largest set-top box and internet gateway provider.

Principal in the merger of Vivendi Games and Activision that created Activision Blizzard, the world's largest video game publisher. Led the post-merger integration and all Corporate functions.

Architected one of the largest turnarounds in video game history, from a $250m loss in 2004 to an $8B merger valuation in 2008. Launched the industry's defining global online multiplayer franchise, Blizzard's World of Warcraft. Created or advanced a broad range of PC and console game franchises including: Diablo, StarCraft, Scarface, Prototype, DJ Hero, 50 Cent, Riddick, FEAR, Crash, Spyro, Ice Age and Robots. Developed numerous mobile games and captured the #1 company position on xBox Live Arcade for mid-causal games in its early years.

Led the $10B merger of Universal Music Group with PolyGram that created the world's largest music company. Developed the industry's first digitally delivered music services, bluematter and PressPlay. Also led the combined company's sales, supply chain and Corporate activities. Subsequently, co-led the 3-way, $60B merger that created Vivendi Universal and the $14B auction sale of Universal Studios to NBC.

Ran all finance and IT activities across Universal Studio's film, TV, music and theme park businesses. Led major re-engineering of the studio's core functions, including film development, TV production, music and video sales, theme park procurement, IT operations and business planning.
