Bruce Parker

Bruce Parker has worked in the Building Supply industry for over 30 years in which 25 of those years has been in management positions. I have during this time held sales management positions through to managing stand alone branches with full profit and loss responsibly. I am passionate about this industry and have a close affinity and understanding of the culture and mechanisms that it operates under. This is my knitting and I am totally committed to continuing my career in it within the greater Sydney area. Throughout my career I have been successful in leading sales teams where I have enjoyed the challenge of a leadership role and have always looked to continually evolve in this role so as to be as effective as one can. In all the branch and sales management roles I have been in I can promote success in increase of frontline sales turnover and this has been due to my approach to both the style of leadership with my sales team and the strong relationship skills I display with the customer base, particularly within the key customer portfolio. I possess strong business acumen which allows me to be productive against all the key KPI’s in running my part of the business and I believe my strong relationship skills also allow me to be productive with all my peers and colleagues within the company I work for.
