Manage engineering Group for National accounts and provided third level support to field technician. Completed follow up to Y2K initiatives. Manage a staff of three engineers.

I was in charge of the Vista United Telecommunications effort to ensure Y2K compliance for telecommunication and ancillary equipment. I was responsible for identifying all equipment that was non compliant. I was responsible for developing the capital budget to replace this equipment. I was responsible for engineering and ordering all identified equipment. I was responsible for project management and follow up on all installations to ensure timely completion. I developed the coverage and contingency plan for the support of the event. The Walt Disney Company experienced no outages telecommunications outages on Y2K. During this time period I continued to manage the engineering group for Vista-United Telecommunications West coast Operation.

I managed the Anaheim area office in support of Disneyland Resorts. In this role I was responsible for managing several departments at the same time: Warehouse, Inventory and Control for all the California operation (approximately 1.5 million), Engineering and Design for all PBX and managed the Capital Budget Program for all California operations. I was also responsible for Pay Phone Operation for all resorts, the design and implementation for all network connections private and public to the Southern California region. In addition I oversaw general operations in the Orange County Area for maintenance and installation.

Design Voice Communications Systems for The Walt Disney Company

I was responsible for Engineering of new PBX systems and upgrades to existing PBX platforms. IDuring this time period I headed a up a project to redirect all Intra Latta Traffic off local service to SDN service. This involved 38 PBX at that time rerouting NXX and NPA as necessary. I was in charge of a resale operation for pager service to the Disney Company in support of all California Operation. This entailed the negotiations of pricing and resale of pager from PagNet service to the Disney Customer. During this time I was a member in the Northern Telecom Partnership program for Quality Auditors and have been a certified Northern PBX Auditor for 8 years and currently hold an auditor certificate. I participated in and have been a member of the DAC (Distributor Alliance Council) and have been a member of the ISLUA(International SL1 User Association).

Research and develop new platforms for Voice communication on a global scale. Test VoIP solutions, Unified Clients, Platform interoperability, supporting Call Centers, Hospitality, and communications needs of multiple business units. Oversee lab implementation, testing and evaluation of multiple products and vendors. Provide ongoing direction and support for Asia Pacific business units.
