Fair degree of fluency with the Spanish language. American Soybean Association - WISHH Project (World Initiative Soy for Human Health.) working two and three week projects in East and West Africa training processors and manufacturers in the use and efficay of American Soy Protein products. Four trips a year. Will take on any type of food satety or meat/poultry project. HACCP certified.
