Project included operations campus with desalination plant, waster-water treatment, vehicular and maintenance facilities, Members Welcome Center, restaurant, tennis facility, environmental learning center (nature center) and largest private international aerodrome in Caribbean (6500 ft). Also managed developer-designed and built cottage products for Member purchase and acted as Owner Representative for members from outside of TCI.

Managed 650-acre private equity-ownership, sports-focused community just south of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Included private golf course along 6 miles of Snake River, fishing, heli-skiing, equestrian, nordic skiing and direct access to over 100,000 acres of National Forest lands for recreational use. Also managed the design, bidding, construction negotiations and management of developer-supplied custom cabins for member purchase.
