• Independently tracked GMV and content supply data, conducted data analysis on sales and content performance for industry and clients using internal analytic matrix, constructed business performance review report. • Organized Beauty Brand Festival weekly, managed key live stream and voucher delivery, resulting in 10%+ average single-day GMV increase. • Solely estimated and allocated quarterly budget for SEA’s beauty industry team based on current sale and long-term growth. • Calculated OKRs for team members based on multi-dimensional GMV, numbers and uplifts of sales events and content supply. • Led Initial Development of Remote Control Mini-App, conducted competitive analysis against Samsung and Hisense. Designed prototypes using Axure and wrote detailed PRD. The product was launched in January 2024 after subsequent development. • Evaluated multi-screen interactive TV app against top competitors, analyzed core needs, identified improvement areas, and proposed enhancements such as UI simplification, interaction improvements, and module adjustment. • Managed third-party app cards for TCL Launcher by integrating content from Bilibili, iQiyi, and Tencent into the company’s database, and planned daily updates to enhance user engagement.
