Developed project and service specifications, purchased facility equipment, directed project completions and coordinated service contractors. * Initiated a lease/maintenance program for lift trucks to reduce operating costs by $50,000 a year.

Responsible for establishing management procedures to improve operational efficiency of scaffold division. Reviewed existing programs, identified process deficiencies, and recommended procedural improvements.
