I have invented and built multiple cell and genomics platform technologies for early to mid-stage biopharma and biotech companies. These technologies are used to query patient tissues to better understand disease and options for therapeutic development. My day-to-day is building and planning R&D roadmaps for growth, working alongside multidisciplinary teams and strengthening partner relationships, all while helping with fundraising and strategic side activities. Many of my contributions are reflected in multiple patents and publications in top-tier journals. My hands-on experience, training and skills include: - Cell and Molecular Biology: ex vivo (organoids), in vivo and in vitro expertise, including gene-editing - Indications and approaches including cancer, diabetes, cell and gene therapy, and immunology - R&D Operations including: technology evaluation and equipment maintenance, overseeing health and safety programs and compliance, lab space design and planning, R&D procurement, protocol development and compliance - Project planning and management, team development - Technology evaluation and development - IP generation and development
