As a sports intern, I logged Orioles and Ravens games, worked with the sports producer to learn how to build the ENPS rundown for the anchor and from time to time filled in for the producer during emergencies or absences.

During my time at ESPN 980, I edited and compiled audio soundbites for live broadcasts, as well as gathering sound on tape from various press conferences including ones held by the 2008 AT&T National and the Washington Nationals.

I was a robotics camera/steadicam/jib operator at RTTV America. When necessary I also ran an audio board for news and talk shows, edited video/audio used during the talk shows' broadcasts, or ran the teleprompter. I also have some experience technical directing.

Led and given sole responsibility for project to entirely redesign process for inventory management of anesthesia materials in MEEI operating rooms. Completed steps for standardizing safety stock, reorder points, and inventory storage standardization. Spearheaded and completed process mapping of revenue flow into the hospital through five discrete departments allowing project managers to visualize and target variability in the system. Conceptualized, designed, and programmed Excel dashboards to communicate complex data trends smoothly and succinctly from the Materials Management and Accounts Payable departments to C-level executives.

Worked to continually evaluate and rebalance client portfolios using Fidelity Wealth Advisor and Morningstar Research. Researched new funds as replacements to firm's model portfolio, resulting in a substantial, positive shift in risk/reward for clients. Attended multiple IPO advisory sessions in order to provide concise and comprehensive notes to firm's principal vis-a-vis pursuing investment opportunities.

Worked with Dalet and Final Cut Pro 7 to edit and compile float VOs and SOTs for The Big Picture with Thom Hartmann on RTTV America. Steadicam Op for The Big Picture and tasked with training new operators. Additionally given the responsibility of video editor and jib operator for the Capital Account talk show. Used excellent time management daily in order to expertly execute all four jobs, credited on more than 600 talk show episodes.

Research and craft custom data presentations, white papers, and strategy materials for national CRE clientele, addressing questions ranging from the property level to long-term demographic prospects and macroeconomic trends. Responsible for day-to-day client relationship with major accounts, including government regulatory bodies, international pension funds, and CRE funds targeting a variety of property sectors. Work closely with senior consultants and management on a daily basis to ensure superior service to each of our clients. As former market analyst for Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Honolulu, and the Inland Empire, meticulously researched and wrote quarterly market and submarket reports touching on all four p-types. Provided in-depth color and analysis for advisory clients seeking to expand their local knowledge whether it be for investment, underwriting, or strategic motivations.
