- 13 years of experience in hospitality design ranging from 75 key boutique resorts to 400+ key urban hotels covering China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. - Collaborated with international operators such as: Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, IHG, Marriott, and Hilton - Led the design on multiple integrated projects coordinating the design and collaboration between architecture, landscape and interior teams. - Strong design eye. Excels at managing the design team to implement an overall design concept and carrying it through all phases of a project.  - Key member of our office sustainability Think Tank: share resources and knowledge within the office and company; implement in-office training with consultants such as XCO2; work with project teams to brainstorm sustainable design ideas. - As a founding member of the office Revit User Group, responsibilities range from introducing Revit across all projects and service lines in the office, training staff, building BIM families, and setting Revit standards in our Singapore office. - As an associate, responsibilities include mentoring younger staff by assisting in their career growth, overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing office initiatives to foster a collaborative and engaging office culture. Key member of the associate team focused on the strategic planning and visioning  for growing the office's Senior Living portfolio. 

- Collaborated on multiple cross-office projects between Seattle and London, Irvine, and Honolulu studios. Assisted with design, documentation and coordination.  - Worked in our Orlando and Irvine offices to assist design teams. - Led and assisted on the design of projects throughout China, Southeast Asia and Europe. - Early adopter of Revit as a design and documentation tool in the office. Trained staff on Revit standards and best practices.

- Worked with senior designers to learn the key principles of hospitality design. - Assisted with the design of projects throughout Southeast Asia, China and Hawaii. - Coordinated projects with local architects and consultants in China and Thailand. Worked in the office of a local architect in China to coordinate on a competition which included documenting the design and overseeing the production of a physical model.
