Brooke Parrish

I serve as a Military and Interagency Program Manager for the federal government. My journey into engineering was personal—after the loss of my brother, an Army Combat Medic, I committed to a career that supports our military and strengthens national infrastructure. With a foundation in Aerospace Engineering and a passion for innovation, I’ve led initiatives across geospatial analysis, remote sensing, and unmanned aerial systems (UAS). I’ve modernized workflows, developed mobile and web applications, and authored SOPs that have streamlined operations across the federal government. As a former UAS Program Manager and Senior Technical Lead to HQ Aviation, I’ve supported over 500 professionals nationwide and deployed over a dozen times in response to emergency management. Beyond the mission, I’m a community advocate—founder of a free after-school math club, Family Readiness Coordinator, and planner for the Annual Armed Forces Race. I believe in lifelong learning, mentorship, and facing challenges with an open mind, humility, and the determination to find a solution no matter what.
