Primary responsibility to process new hires after job offer accepted until they begin day one of Orientation. Served as primary point of contact for new hires and their leadership during the Pre-Hire phase. Ensured smooth flow of all documentation necessary to facilitate the hiring process.

Responsible for overall clerical organization and reception responsibilities of the department and maintenance of record keeping functions. Primary responsiblity to answer phones, input physician orders, contacting physicians for nursing staff, assisting with patient call lights. Also responsible for cleaning and compiling patient charts, stocking unit alcoves and ordering supplies for unit.
