Responsible for brokering sales between ingredient suppliers and food companies throughout North America, as well as running the office and overseeing account managers. Represented the company at various food shows and trade organizations throughout North America. Interacted with clients in the bakery, confectionery, snack, and private label segments, as well as with the retailers themselves. Communicated almost exclusively with C-level executives.

Generated ingredient sales to various food manufacturers and distributors throughout North America and Northern Europe. Customers included small manufacturers as well as multi-national companies, with much of my interaction with C-level executives. Portfolio represented an average of $50M in sales on an annual basis. Represented the company at food shows in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Responsible for managing the international retail brand for approximately 3 years, which entailed managing distributors throughout all major regions of the world.

Managed contracts and shipments for customers throughout Europe and Asia, accounting for approximately 30% of the company's export volume. Responsible for coordinating all customs documentation and transportation with the freight forwarder.

I completed a double major in human biology (pre-medicine) and psychology in 5 years, while working full-time for 4 of those years and attending as many basketball games as possible!
