BE 718 - Business Economics MKTG 706 - Marketing MKTG 415 - Marketing Research Grade weekly assignments, answer emails, and support a group of students as they navigate graduate school classes/workload.

Provides new and initiated members a group of sisters who are committed to supporting member growth and development and to promote and enforce the expectations and obligations of membership in Pi Beta Phi.

Ensures that chapter members comply with campus, council, and community risk management requirements. Directs chapter dispensation requests. Works with Director of Member Conduct to enforce consequences outlined in the chapter's bylaws. Ensures that all members are aware and educated on Fraternity campus/community policies and local, state/province and federal laws. Reviews all contracts and certificates of insurance. Earned the Excellence in Risk Management award which was given to one chapter across the country.

Responsibilities include: - Planning clothing rental events and coordinating logistics. - Fashion trend forecasting and merchandising. - Promoting the brand and connecting with customers.

Responsibilities include: - Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children - Provide proper registration and check-out of children & parents - Watch and care for children to ensure safety - Provide consistent interaction with children Initiate games, arts & crafts projects - Keep children calm - Clean and sanitize child care toys - Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians - Provide recommendations for toys, educational tools, etc. - Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards - Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager

Communications - GQO (Global Quality and Operations) Division Focused on downstream finance. Projects included researching a new product launch lifecycle and identifying process improvements, researching site lifecycle from remittance to requisition and identifying opportunities for improvement, creating standard reports, and updating daily absorption metrics.

Responsibilities include: - Conducting product demonstrations and tastings to showcase the unique qualities of liquor, beer, and wine selections. - Providing in-depth product knowledge to customers and clients, ensuring they make informed choices based on their preferences. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and event organizers.

As a Summer Intern at Lockton Dunning, I had the opportunity to grow my industry knowledge, professional and personal brand and collaborate with my fellow interns on a case study. I worked alongside my team and with several clients and carriers.

During my time working for the business school, I was a Teaching Assistant for several professionalism courses: BUS 110, BUS 120, and BUS 310. I acted as a peer mentor, graded weekly assignments, promptly answered emails, and attended classes. I learned so much about the different ways people interpret and complete assignments, deal with conflict or confusion and work with other students and staff.

As a summer intern at Juniper Title I was able to see the daily tasks of an Escrow Officer, Escrow Assistant, and the CEO of multiple small businesses. I learned many valuable office skills as well as what a positive work environment is!

Along with my studies, I traveled to Paris, Venice, Lake Garda, Verona, Cinque Terre, Rome, Pisa, and many towns neighboring Paderno del Grappa during my time abroad! Traveling without familiar faces by my side taught me to be more independent, look at things with a different perspective, and try new things!
