Enrolled in the Master of Science in Information - Library and Information Science program at Drexel University with a focus on Metadata and Digital Technologies. Current coursework focuses on organization, categorization, and retrieval of digital resources. It includes metadata functions and schemes, information architecture theories and practices across a wide variety of disciplines.

I was promoted through roles of increasing accountability and scope. I developed expertise in data quality remediation, data lineage and defining and mapping critical data concepts and elements. I demonstrated proficiency in business data controls and reporting within AWS cloud-based architecture. I functioned as an Executive Director with data management responsibilities for the derivatives, securities, securities financing, and issuance asset classes. I supported Capital Risk reporting team as a functional CDO. I managed a team of 11 direct reports. I was challenged with leading facets of strategic programs to enable a single centralized asset class data store model supporting multiple Corporate and Risk consumers. Highlights: -Champion data architecture modernization and transformation, ensuring data accuracy and fit-for-purpose delivery while future-proofing the data for upcoming changes and driving data management principles/risk identification. -Managed data requirements documentation for derivatives and securities products across corporate consumer teams, including managing data product alignment and definitions. -Partnered with firmware data management teams on dataset metadata implementation and lineage programs. -Led a data requirements gap analysis as the team took over derivatives data requirements, improving delivery from 9 months to 3 months. Sourced, recruited, and trained 9 net new hires to ensure team capabilities and subject matter expertise. -Functioned in a new role as a deposit products owner and entrusted to build the consumer and asset class datasets, including ensuring visibility on data lineage and .data quality issues.

-Managed a team of five responsible for reporting for Loans, Derivatives, OBS, FVM/FVO, and Trading Securities in US GAAP and Regulatory financials. -Led the team to deliver 10-Q/K footnotes and related schedules of the FRY9C/Call Report.

-Team Lead for Derivatives Regulatory Reporting Group accountable for all derivative-related filings to the Federal Reserve. -Re-engineered reporting processes and reduced headcount from six associates to four.
