Helping execute B2B and Wholesale orders for Key Retailers. Managing business-to-business relationships and operations without directly engaging in sales activities, often overseeing aspects like customer account management, onboarding, contract negotiation, product implementation, and relationship building, aiming to retain and expand existing business partnerships while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Performs a variety of responsible administrative, clerical and warehouse operations duties to support the daily operations of the Warehouse Department and Support Department; coordinates flow of communications and information for the Support Managers; prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports related to warehouse activities, including inventory control, package tracking, inputting and monitoring requisitions and purchase orders. Participates in routine or basic inventory receipt, storage, and retrieval. Serving as the conduit of information on time-sensitive issues where the warehouse requires updates from the client-facing team. The go-between to get information from and provide updates to the client-facing team.
