• Setting up for events and tournaments which include assembling and maintaining technical equipment such as multi computer setups, live streams, microphones, speakers, networking equipment, projectors and so on. •Travelling the North Island with the team to run the technical side of events and tournaments, and in some cases host, give presentations or teach at these events or tournaments. •Operate and run the visual effects on the live streams for our tournaments. •I am responsible for researching, testing or building new technical equipment to run our events.

•Assess and repair broken or non-functioning TV’s, UHF/VHF Radios, Landline Telephones, Surveillance Cameras, DVR Units, Car Alarms, Radar Detectors and other consumer electronics on a component level. •Customer service over the phone and in person to help solve technical issues for customers and give relevant information to customers looking to purchase new products. •The training and supervising of new and other technicians so they can successfully complete their tasks. •I test and identify faults or flaws in new products and send recommendations back to the factory. •Responsible for setting up the stalls at trade shows and operating them successfully. •I am in charge of the inwards and outwards goods for the service department.
