About

Throughout my 30-plus-year career in public safety, I have worn many hats — Firefighter, EMT, Police Officer, Harbor Master, and Emergency Telecommunicator. Each role shaped how I see public safety, not as a job, but as a calling. For 16 of those years, I served as the Director of two 911 Agencies in Maine, where I led by example and worked tirelessly to support not only my centers but the entire 911 community across the state. I know what it means to sit in that chair — managing staff, navigating budgets, fighting for resources, and making decisions that directly impact lives.Today, as an Engagement Manager at Axon 911, I bring that lived experience to every conversation. I help 911 centers embrace AI-powered technology in a way that feels human, practical, and mission-driven — because I've been on the receiving end of those same conversations.Throughout my entire career, one constant has remained: a deep commitment to people. As a people-driven leader, I prioritize empathy and communication, ensuring that every person I work with — whether an employee or a client — has what they need to succeed.Public safety technology is evolving faster than ever. My passion is making sure 911 centers don't just keep up — they lead.
