Broc W. Edwards

Broc W. Edwards serves as the President of SC Services, a demolition and construction services company, Managing Partner of Exit Quotient Ventures, a pre-seed and seed stage venture capital firm and Founding Partner at Pronoia, a private equity and strategic advisory firm. Prior to his executive leadership of these three entities Mr. Edwards worked several years on Wall Street as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Raymond James, where he specialized in M&A and capital markets advisory for diversified industrial and specialty finance companies. Mr. Edwards earned a B.A. in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business and a minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the Burgess Institute at Michigan State University.
