I was responsible for all real estate valuation needs associated with commercial and residential loans in the Kansas City Metropolitan and surrounding market areas. I coordinated and reviewed third party appraisals and produced valuations for commercial and residential loans up to one million dollars.

I manage the commercial loan portfolio for the Oklahoma City bank group. In this role, I monitor and analyze business' financial performance as well as industry trends to make recommendations for loan structuring and lending decisions.

I provided valuation and consulting services on commercial real estate with a primary concentration in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. Assignments included multifamily, industrial, office, retail and special use buildings, as well as commercial and agricultural land.

I provided consultation and valuation services for proposed and existing multifamily projects with a concentration in tax credit developments.
