In addition, have deployed and improved project management methodologies and processes, focused on budget and resources management. Responsible for the Project Management Office deployment, team and squads formation and development in Agile practices (such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean), selection, prioritization and new projects ideation. I have worked as main board partner, supporting strategic decisions with dashboards and reports providing.

Managed business transformation, digitalization of the customer experience and company’s incomes improvement program. End-to-end leadership on agile technics adoption and evolvement, focused on efficiency improvement, budget application and reports based on strategic dashboard and management tools.

Senior consultant on project management, acting as a partner of company board on project portfolio development and management. Acting focused on business and technical ares integration, targeting project objectives and benefits reach. Capex and Opex application strategy support. Direct responsible for Financial area projects implementation.

Project Management expert (Enterprise PMO), acting as the main interface for the Organization’s Board and Superintendents for strategic projects planning, reporting and monitoring. Development and implementation of project management methodologies, performance and risk control methods. Acting focused on scope accomplishment, communication and integration.

Project Manager of South and Southern America PMO Division, responsible for telecommunications infrastructure projects implementation. Acting on data communication networks such as Ethernet Backbone, ADSL, GPON and NGN networks, developed a leadership role, responsible for planning, structuring and project scheduling. Focused on team building and customer relationship management. Responsible for implementing strategies and processes geared towards cost reduction and optimization of available resources. Developed cooperative and strategic actions within company’s structure by handling initiatives with Supply Chain, Procurement Departments.

Working in Pre-Sales area, responsible for business and projects prospecting and development focused on technology and excellence delivering VoIP, 3G, Wireless and Ethernet Switches for Telecommunication operators from Brazil and Latin America. Responsible for customer oriented product presentation, development and customization within D-Link’s entire product line. Support and deployment for Commercial and Technical tenders. Responsible for managing operator’s accounts – technical and commercial support issues – such as Sercomtel, Claro, Brasil Telecom, EPM, ETB and UNE (Colombia), Telefônica Brazil and Argentina and GVT Telecom.

Project manager for Telefonica’s Dslam and Mini-Dslam, responsible for equipment and material specification, implementation, teams’ coordination, risk analysis, schedule and customer interface. Main Communication channel and decision interface of all hierarchical levels (Manager and Superintendent) between Telefonica and Huawei. Responsible for demand analysis and strategic targets management focused on customer’s needs.
