• Responsible for full-stack design, test, development, debugging and maintenance of customized C# desktop application solutions for laser micromachining systems used for research and production environments. • Responsible for on-site installation of PCs, hardware and implementation of software solutions. • Provides technical expertise in support to senior software and hardware developer • Coordinates with Chief Software Engineer and Chief Hardware Engineer for smooth system integration. • Develops and provides technical documentation and procedures. • Creates in-house manual and procedures for technical support. • Reviews and analyzes component level software designs for software efficiency and bug elimination. • Creates automated test and software simulation environment prior to system deployment.

• Provides on-site setup, provisioning, implementation and IT support for government, aerospace, research, financial and enterprise clients. • Provides Tier1/2 technical support for network systems, precision time and synchronization equipment, network time servers(NTP), precision time protocol servers(PTP), DOCSIS Timing Interface, T1/E1, SyncE, GPS Simulators, frequency standards, cesium and rubidium atomic clocks. • Responsible for coordinating 24/7 emergency dispatch of hardware replacement units. • Responsible for development and maintenance of in-house database for maintenance contract support. • Develops in-house software program used for monitoring, data analysis and efficient testing process. • Provides technical assistance for network monitoring systems, SNMP, Syslog • Generates and revises Japanese technical test process procedures and detailed documentation as part of Quality Management System (ISO9001). • Coordinates among end users, global IT support team and local vendors. • Coordinates with Japanese system integrators in working in server rooms and data centers. • Conducts inventory and pre-delivery inspection of network time servers and synchronization equipment prior to deployment. • Troubleshooting, testing and making necessary recommendation for system trouble work-around. • Serves as liaison between Japanese customers and US based vendors on issues regarding hardware and software problems.
