From Fortune 500 companies to startups in more than 10 industries, and from the C-suite to entry-level teams, I’ve led sessions in high-rise New York City boardrooms, at off-sites, leadership retreats, women’s conferences, and even in the Indonesian rainforest. With multiple degrees and certifications in coaching, seven personal development assessments, and executive education from Harvard and Berkeley, I blend research-backed strategy with contagious energy to spark real transformation. From growing up on stages at a young age, to cheering in an SEC football stadium of 90,000, to working in both the NFL and fast-paced startup environments, my history fuels the dynamic, real, and empowering presence I bring to every room.
